[Image]  Martin Nelson has over thirty years of Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Organization Development, Consulting, Coaching and Team Building experience.  Martin specializes in organization analysis, strategic planning, organization design, appreciative inquiry,  facilitating large and complex system change, creating employee involvement teams, leadership development, values clarification and goal setting. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley inSociology, the Stanford Executive Program for Organization Change and the Cornell University Labor Relations Institute. His career started with IBM, he has served as Plant Human Employee Relations Chief and has been the Chief Human Resource Executive for a variety of west coast organizations.

[Image]  Nancy Taylor has twenty-five years of Leadership Development, Human Resource Management, Training, Organization Development, coaching and consulting experience. Nancy teaches and conducts organization design, needs assessment, strategic planning, career development, grants administration, facilitation, Board Development, participative and appreciative leadership and  management, executive coaching, training of trainers, management skills assessment, communication (dialogue) skills and work redesign. She helps groups to articulate a clear and compelling vision for a desirable future, assists teams with resolving conflict and motivates employees and managers to become organizational stewards. Nancy has been the Director of Leadership and Organization Development for several Fortune 500 size  organizations and HR manager for a southwest Council of Governments.

Craig McGee has over twenty-five years experience and an extensive background in organization design, organization development, process improvement, new plant start ups and technology implementation  He has served in external consulting, corporate staff and line management roles and brings a strong technical background with pragmatic, sound business judgment to this client work.

He is co-author of three books in the Jossey-Bass Collaborative Work Systems series including the flagship book, Beyond Teams.

Craig is a Board member, past president and frequent lecturer at the Organization Design Forum, the leading organization design group in the world. His BS, cum Laude, in psychology is from Tulane and his Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology is from the University of Tennessee.

Martin and Nancy are certified to conduct the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Firo-Element B, The Flying Starship Work Redesign Factory, Performax Personal Profile (DISC), Vitalsmarts Crucial Conversations, Richard Barrett's Corporate Tools, One Page Business Plans, Virtual CEO, The Manager as Mediator, The International Centre for Strategic Management People Edge, Appreciative Inquiry and other proprietary instruments including groupware. Both are Pepperdine University, Graduate School of Business MSOD alumni; both are State of California certified as Police and Institutions team builders and trainers; both are experienced sailors and golfers and conduct team building on the golf course and at sea!  Martin attended Reed College and graduated from U.C. Berkeley. Nancy from Knox College.
