Team Based Golf

This is a customized event conducted at our club, your club or at one of our reciprocal clubs or public courses near you! It is widely known that golf is wonderful metaphor for living, competing, leading and self discovery.

Golf-based team building is for both golfers and non-golfers.  In fact, more uneven playing ability among the team members creates greater learning.

There are several ways of doing the teambuilding. Foursomes (no limit) are selected by the group and play either nine holes using only one ball and one set of clubs. No golfer can hit a second time until each of the other golfers on the team have hit in the pre-decided rotation. The putter is (option) blindfolded and guided by his or her team members. Other challenges are overcome on the fairways.

Another approach requires each team member to use only one club from the bag for the entire hole.

There are strict rules and penalties. The teams are given one or two opportunities to change members.

Two Marshals process-observe the teams at all times and impose stiff penalties.

The Course:

Taylor-Nelson will conduct the team building on any private course, preferably one that is reciprocal to their club, CCCC.

The Canyon Crest Country Club in Riverside, California, has reciprocal privileges with over seventy-five resorts and country clubs across the United States. Suites by Marriott are close by and Palm Springs is only 45 minutes away!

Non-Golf Events

Taylor-Nelson will facilitate meetings, retreats, workshops or team events at any of their reciprocal seventy five resorts across the United States, or at any one of the 90 dinner clubs across the United States. These are private meeting room facilities often in the most attractive buildings with the best views in the host city.

Reciprocal facilities are also available outside of the United States.
