Martin Nelson began his career with IBM
Company upon graduating from the University of California at Berkeley.
Until 1989 he served as Human Resource Director and Employee Relations
Manager in organizations with as many as 20,000 employees. During that time
he has introduced a wide variety of innovations to the profession including
computer-based performance evaluation, the first HRIS work,
mediation-arbitration, labor-management partnerships, assessment centers,
competency-based hiring, value-based leadership and difference valuing
programs.

Nancy Taylor has served as Human Resource
Manager and Director of Training and Development for two organizations with more
than 15,000 employees. She has personally trained over 10,000 adults.
Nancy graduated from Knox College in Illinois and completed the Masters in
Organization Development program at Pepperdine. Some of the courses she has

As a former HR Executive, Nancy can
